Townhouses in La Manga Club are usually 2 or 3 storeys. They tend to be of modern design and many have staircases to roof top terraces designed to give spectacular views of La Manga Club.
Las Brisas Townhouses are located down on the South Course of La Manga Club and are of a circular design giving privacy and space to holidaymakers. Properties come in either 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with 2 or 3 bathrooms, depending upon the property.
Opposite the Las Sabinas shopping centre slightly elevated off the road side is the community of Monte Claro which is made up of 15 townhouses all of three storeys and range from 2 to 4 bedroom properties. Each garden backs onto the communal swimming pool with separate kids section and shaded sun terrace.
Hacienda del Golf community also offers larger townhouses as well as apartments of 3 and 4 bedroom properties.
