Los Altos
These community villas are made up of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms all situated on the top of a hill, affording a splendid view over the club and Mar Menor, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Various swimming pools are shared by the villas and located close to the Tennis and La Plaza centres.
All villas are set on two storeys with bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level. Roof terraces provide a great venue for sun bathing and BBQ facilities are on the terrace to round the day of nicely. The villas have well-equipped kitchens and boast satellite TV and most have air conditioning. These villas provide spacious accommodation. As the location and access to the villas is an elevated one, this may not be a suitable community for those who are elderly or with young families.
Los Altos phase 1 has two large shared pools and Los Altos 2 has three large shared pools.
