The community of 15 townhouses is located in the centre of La Manga Club with a short walking distance to the Tennis Centre and Las Sabinas shops. Built around a heated swimming pool with it's own baby pool this accommodation is excellent for families with younger children as all the gardens lead to the pool and the accommodation surrounds the gardens.
The properties themselves are on three storeys, sometimes using the basement for a bedroom in the 3 and 4 bedroom properties. The kitchens have all the latest 'mod cons' with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob leading to an open plan lounge and dining room. The terraces are large and lead onto the garden at the back of the properties and have built in BBQ's. The key advantage is the location where it is possible to walk to all the facilities and therefore you may not require a car unless you want to visit outside the resort.
