Making a booking
Making a booking before eight weeks departure must be accompanied by a non refundable deposit. A booking made within eight weeks of departure must be paid in full. Deposits are non transferable and non refundable.
On receipt of your deposit
We make the necessary reservation & your deposit is accepted in part payment of the agreed cost. The is a contract exists between us from the point of confirmation by phone and by us giving you a booking reference number.
When you pay the balance
The balance of your booking is set out on your invoice and should be paid 8 weeks before departure. If the balance is not paid 6 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice, retain the deposit and seek reimbursement for any additional loss we have incurred.
Accommodation descriptions
The descriptions and information within our brochure have been made in good faith and are not intended to mislead. Changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge. We can not be held responsible. All properties are privately owned and Prestige Real Estates is an acting agent for the owners. The company has taken care in making arrangements for the holiday but it does not run or own the airlines, properties, hire cars, or other facilities mentioned. It does therefore not accept any liability for death, personal injury, loss, damage or inconvenience due from the provisions of these holidays where neglect or act of omission of any other company form or individual or the employees or the agents there of.
Cancellation charges
If you or any member of your party may cancel your booking, once it has been confirmed, instructions will only be valid in writing. To compensate us for the expense of processing your booking & for the risk that may not be able to resell the accommodation, we charge a cancellation fee on scale shown. The amount depends on when we receive written instructions. Subject to the nature of cancellation you may be able to claim on your insurance.
Force Majeure
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected due to circumstances amounting to 'force Majeure'.
If you have a problem
In the unlikely event of being something not to your liking whilst you are on holiday, you must report immediately to the offices of Prestige Real Estates. This will give us the opportunity to correct The matter so that it does not spoil your holiday. If the matter cannot be rectified on resort details of you complaint should be submitted to our UK office not later than 28 days after your date of return.
